Though not as indispensable as Facebook or Twitter, Instagram often serves meaningful stats and signs of trends followed by generations Y and Z. A 2017 study conducted by Schofield Insurance found that 40% of millennials choose their travel destinations based on ‘how Instagrammable it is’. Therefore, British outdoor clothing and equipment e-store Winfields Outdoors wanted to get a clue for 2018 and compiled a list of global hotspots with the highest number of hashtags on Instagram. The short study tried to investigate the most Instagrammed landmarks around the world and came up with the infographic below. Here are the 18 most Instagram-worthy places on the planet by the number of hashtags for each location.
